Caroline & Harry, The Pierre, NYC

POSTED BY Nathan Smith on 2016/05/13

Despite the grey and rain on their special day, the particular kindness that stems from the bride’s Tennessee roots made for a warm experience. Shielded under an umbrella, Harry took a stroll through the damp city streets before finding his bride, wearing a stunning Carolina Herrera gown, waiting in the lobby of The Pierre. After their first look, the couple made their way to the ceremony at the beautiful Central Synagogue, where they exchanged vows under a lush chuppa of greenery, white roses and orchids.

Gourmet Advisory Services and DeJuan Stroud joined forces to put on a beautiful event. At The Pierre, little glass globes containing candles hung from the ceiling at various lengths, and beautiful, soft pink flowers filled the room. The celebration that ensued was full of love and the sweet spirit that Caroline and Harry possess. During their first dance, everyone sang along to, “Can’t Take My Eyes Off of You,” a sweet display of togetherness and support of this lovely couple.

We were so inspired by these two and felt truly privileged to be a part of their day. Wishing you a lifetime of love, Caroline and Harry!
