Ali & Jordan, Oheka Castle, NY
On the highest point of long island sits the historic Oheka Castle, where a manicured parterre and pools stretch the grounds – a most idyllic, European style setting for Ali and Jordan’s wedding. Jordan got his first glimpses of his bride, wearing a Monique Lhullier gown, through the paneled windows where she awaited him in the garden. The weather on that March day was just warm enough that the couple could spend a few moments together, roaming the sandy pathways.
In the Grand Ballroom, crystal chandeliers hung overhead and tree-like installations of roses and orchids, designed by Stefans Florist, stood over Ali & Jordan as they exchanged vows. The ceremony was co-officiated by Ali’s father, adding a personalized touch to the most important part of the day.
With a wedding party of 31, Ali and Jordan were surrounded by a tight-knit community on their special day. This is a group that knows how to party, and spent the evening boisterously celebrating.
This was the third Ziegler sister’s wedding that Nathan has photographed at Oheka – a family tradition that we have been proud and touched to be a part of.
Congratulations, Ali & Jordan – we wish you every happiness!
