Lauren & Ari, Mandarin Oriental, NYC
There are varying schools of thought around Valentine’s Day. Some feel that it’s merely a Hallmark holiday, while others relish the opportunity to share their love. For Lauren and Ari, it’s a day that will hold a real significance for the rest of their lives. At the Mandarin Oriental, with the New York City skyline as a backdrop, Ari choked up at first sight of his bride on their wedding day. With this sweet display of emotion, we knew we could expect a day full of heart.
Following a moving ceremony, Lauren and Ari gathered with their loved ones for a memorable celebration, coordinated by Alimay Events. An abundance of red roses, designed by Frank Alenxander NYC, embraced the Valentine’s theme of the day. Guests partied and danced with so much enthusiasm that sweatbands were needed, cleverly branded, “Let’s Schvitz.” If that doesn’t illustrate the spirit of the day, we don’t know what will!
Fueling this celebration was an energy that Lauren and Ari put into loving each other and everyone around them. This was so evident in the time we spent with them; it was truly a delight to photograph these two and the people they’ve filled their lives with on such an important day.
We wish you a lifetime full of happiness, Lauren & Ari – and may every day be Valentine’s Day!
